The Practitioner Behind the Practice

I’m Pravallika Devineni, a Certified Nutritionist (NFNA), Health Coach, and 200 Hatha-hour Yoga Teacher. My journey into wellness grew from both professional training and personal experience. While working in the corporate world, I saw how disconnected people had become from food eating out of stress, lack of time, or habit, without understanding how it affected their bodies. This awareness deepened during my postpartum phase, when I turned inward, applied mindful nutrition and routines, restored my health, and lost 9 kg naturally. That transformation led me to study nutrition, Ayurveda, and yoga, because I believe true health comes from balance, personalization, and consistency. 

With a background in aviation and corporate writing, I bring structure and clarity into wellness. Through Prana by Pravallika, I now help people build disease-free, energetic, and balanced lives using practical nutrition, mindful lifestyle habits, and yoga designed for real, everyday living.
